This stone Manor House is situated on an enormous private estate, close to the sea, and only a 1 ½ hour drive, or 10 minutes helicopter ride, from Athens. A combination of luxury and rustic countryside, this magnificent retreat is an active horse farm, vineyard, and agricultural estate, producing organically fed sheep, rabbits, squab and chickens, as well as a wide variety of organic
vegetables, set amidst vineyards, fruit and nut orchards, and a private forest, enjoying its own source of extremely pure water, all just 15 minutes from the local beaches.
The estate offers extraordinary natural beauty and privacy within its 400 private acres, as well as easy access to the sea and the nearby islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros. Among many of Greece’s most important ancient archeological sites, including the theatres at Epidavros itself, with their summer performances, the estate offers its guests a rich variety of activities for all ages.
This is more than a property; it is an experience of rustic elegance, of grand simplicity and of authentic rural Greece that will restore your health and sense of well-being, as you see a side of Hellas that is reserved for the privileged few.
