You really are spoilt for choice with relaxation spaces. Each level of this stunning villa enjoys a beautifully furnished outdoor space, and internally there are three spacious living areas. Do not worry if you have forgotten to pack a book to read; one area offers an impressive library. You will find music docking stations throughout the villa so that you can enjoy your favourite tunes and one living space enjoys a contemporary fireplace for chilly evenings.
 
In addition to the four magnificent bedroom suites, the villa enjoys a sofa bed in the library wing for weekend guests. The bedroom suites are peaceful retreats where you can enjoy the superb vistas, watch the moon and the stars, relax to the gentle night breezes or close the blackout blinds and enjoy the sleep of kings. The master suite is enormous at 45 sqm and enjoys a massive, beautifully furnished balcony. The villa’s ensuite bathrooms are incredibly luxurious with a range of top-notch, powerful rainfall showers and freestanding, indulgent baths.
 
Villa Kilada boasts stunning, mature, fragrant gardens that offer not only beauty but a natural informality. The private forest offers another layer to the sense of sanctuary, and the olive grove is very pretty. Sweeping lawns lead the way to the amazing 20m x 7.5m infinity swimming pool, children’s pool and chatting pool. Majestic cypresses line up proudly beside the pool, and deluxe loungers and hammocks provide resting places on the numerous terraces. Guests enjoy alfresco dining and lounging, choosing sunshine or dappled shade. There is even an exercise machine should you feel guilty relaxing too much! Just a short walk down the hill leads to five tiny bays and the sandy beach of Lepitsa where you can enjoy some delicious fresh fish. Be prepared, you will not want to leave!

Villa Kilada enjoys an exclusive location on a stunning, landscaped estate close to the fishing village of Kilada and Porto Heli. It's one of a group of properties, with Villa Kilada being the top of the cluster and enjoying much privacy. Guests enjoy several pretty bays a few steps away and the beautiful sandy beach of Lepitsa with its charming fish taverna and coffee shop. The spa and beach club facilities of the elegant Amanzoe are extended to guests staying at Villa Kilada with prior arrangement. Nikki Beach enjoys an achingly cool rooftop bar, restaurant and beach club. For cultural fans, the Ancient Theatre of Epidavros offers live theatre. Also popular are the cafes and artisans of the fortress town of Nafplio. The local Neolithic Cave of Franchthi is also an impressive visit.
 
Kilada is the closest village to Villa Kilada, a Greek secret well-kept by those in the know. It is set amongst olive groves with sublime views to the Aegean and Peloponnese. It is a place of understated elegance, a stunning traditional fishing village and home to the Kilada Country Club with its 235 hectares and showpiece Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course which will open in summer 2022. From the best in sailing, fishing, diving and cycling, village charms, the sophistication of Amanzoe, the social buzz of the livley Nikki Beach Resort and the cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra, Kilada is a fabulous location. Moorings in Kilada’s harbour can be arranged, and any friends visiting you at the villa can moor at anchor in the deep waters below the villa. Kilada’s small fishing community make the traditional Greek trehandiri fishing boats in the boatyards.
 
There is ample opportunity for exercise when staying at Villa Kilada. Besides the exercise machine and pool at the villa, there are some utterly beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling paths, paddle boarding, swimming, beach volleyball and private classes at Amanzoe.
 
Porto Heli is a charming small seaside town with a large port giving the town a buzzy cosmopolitan atmosphere. There are some small secluded coves and a couple of highly organised beaches. The cuisine is delicious and the town is popular with Athenians as well as other European visitors. From the small port of Costa, close to Porto Heli, there are frequent boats to Spetses island.
 
Ermioni is another small seaside town close by. Again, many Athenians have holiday homes in this lovely resort built on the hills around a beautiful port. With traditional architecture and natural beauty, it is a lovely spot worth a visit. You can also take a ferry to the islands of Hydra and Spetses from here too. The Island Fortress of Monemvasia is 2 ½ hours away by boat.
