Koufodinas submits new request for furlough

Convicted  terrorist Dimitris Koufodinas has submitted a new request for a short-term leave at the prison council of Korydallos, two months after receiving his first 24-hour furlough since he was jailed in 2003.

Back in November, he told officers he wanted to reunite with his family and restore his bee-keeping unit.

Koufodinas is serving 11 life terms for his role in the terrorist group, November 17  , that killed businessmen, policemen and diplomats for decades.
