Greek authorities have revoked the three-year licence of restaurant and beach bar Nammos, for the use of a section of the well known Psarou beach, in Mykonos.

It has been found that Nammos; a place frequented by Greek and foreign celebrities throughout the summer, has violated the terms of its license.

The violations occurred during the extravagant party Nammos organized in early September, where the rich and famous paid enormous sums of money to be entertained until the early hours of the morning.

The decision to revoke the license was taken jointly by the Port Authority and the Police department of Mykonos, who ruled that structures erected on the beach were illegal.

It is not clear whether Nammos intends to appeal.
