A group of people from the self-proclaimed Greek anarchist group Ruvikonas (Greek for Rubicon) attacked the Turkish Airlines office in Athens, early on Wednesday.

The group initially attempted to force its way into the office but only damaged the glass door after failing to do so.

Nobody was inside the office at the time of the attack, which occurred outside of office working hours.

Greek police have been conducting investigations around the scene, and the anarchist group later claimed responsibility for the attack.

Ruvikonas had previously conducted a paint attack targeting the Turkish embassy, in the Greek capital.
