In its quarterly report published on 5 July, the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) reiterated that 2017e GDP will grow by around 1.5% y-o-y (or slightly lower), i.e. below the MoU-IMF-Greek government estimates, due to delays in the completion of the 2nd review, which have taken their toll on the economic activity as they sharpened uncertainty.

IOBE still projects unemployment to fall to 22.2% in 2017e from 23.5% in 2016, with the CPI estimated at +1.5% in 2017e.
