German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said as he joined Thursday’s Eurogroup meeting, that he foresees an agreement on the disbursement of the next installment to Greece. “I hope that at the end of the aid package, Greece will be able to return to the international markets,” he added.

“We had an agreement for three weeks now, but the Greeks have asked for three more for communication purposes,” the German Finance Minister said.

Regarding the IMF, he expressed the conviction that “we will be able to find a way to keep the Fund in the program by 2018,” stating that it will probably not be part of the financial part of the program.
