Turkish Warplanes Fly Over 3 Greek Islands

Four Turkish fighter jets on Monday afternoon violated Greek airspace flying over three Greek islands.

Specifically, two F-16s and two 2 F-4s entered at 13:50 in the Athens FIR south of Lesvos.

The F-16 made overflights at a height of 19,000 feet above Makronisi at 14:14 and then at 14:15 over Anthropofagos and at 14:17 over Agathonisi in the Aegean.

The four aircraft left the Athens FIR southeast of Samos at 14:18.
